TIDE is an immersive, evidence-informed, practice-based training program that builds confidence, capability and safety in high-risk interactions. Designed for healthcare, community and justice sector teams who work with people impacted by trauma, TIDE moves beyond tick-box workplace aggression training to give participants the skills to de-escalate, respond and recover with care.

TIDE is delivered as a 6-hour immersive program that combines real-world clinical and behavioural expertise with VR simulation and AI-driven practice. Participants step into realistic scenarios, practise de-escalation in a safe environment, and walk away with practical, transferable skills they can apply immediately.

TIDE is a 6-hour program delivered in two formats. Face-to-Face Immersive Training brings the VR simulation, AI agents and group practice into one room (8 to 12 participants). When face-to-face isn’t possible, Live Interactive Virtual Training delivers the same 6 hours online with live discussion and role-play practice (8 to 20 participants). For larger workforces, scalable delivery models combine large-group sessions, small-group tutorials and blended pathways tailored to your team.
TIDE bookings are arranged directly with the TIDE team. After you enquire we’ll confirm session timing, group size and total cost, then send a tax invoice you can pay by EFT or card. Most organisations book by invoice; we can also arrange individual payment links on request. Email info@tideeducation.com.au to start the conversation.
