Trainer and Healthcare Security Specialist
Brett has held security leadership roles across healthcare and is recognised as a leader in contemporary healthcare security practice. His trauma-informed, patient-centred approach has reduced restraints, seclusion and Code Black responses, and his security team has won numerous healthcare sector awards.

Emergency Specialist
Nicole has worked across regional, rural, remote, urban district, metropolitan tertiary and virtual emergency settings over three decades. A certified strengths coach, she focuses on the communication, intercultural and leadership skills that improve healthcare delivery, and believes Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander concepts of social and emotional wellbeing are fundamental to health for all Australians.
TIDE works with teams from every kind of workplace, from offices and schools through to healthcare, community services, and justice-sector workforces across Australia. Whether you need first aid skills for everyday emergencies or trauma-informed de-escalation training for high-stakes, high-emotion interactions, we have the right course for your team.
